Production introduction:
1. Raw material feeding
Before the system starts the automatic weighing control, the powder raw materials should be added to the special device through the unpacking station, and at the same time, five pharmaceutical liquid raw materials should be selectively added according to the formula.
2. Raw material transportation
The powder materials are conveyed by negative pressure pneumatically, and the two powder materials are controlled by the DCS system as a whole.
Our company designs liquid materials to be transported through pipelines, pumped directly into the measuring hopper, and directly controlled according to the logical sequence of the formula.
3. DCS control system
DCS integrated touch screen operation unit, the working status is clear at a glance, and can be automatically switched by hand, and can be maintained in the future
Select manual mode to quickly troubleshoot, and at the same time, multiple sets of formulas are selectively produced, and formula values will be kept secret and displayed through product codes. The set value does not need to be set by a special program, and it can be set directly on the touch screen, and a fault alarm device is embedded
